Tick List : Regional Arts Events, Things I need to submit an ‘Arts’ related event.
* Register as a member (free) Register is on the top black bar right side.
* To submit - Log In
- Click on 'To Submit' (top right hand of every page)
- Click on 'Add New', A new page will open to put the details in.
- Event or Group Name, put into the bar.
- Date Start and End, Click the bar under the word 'From', and a calendar will pop up click on the calendar date. And again for under 'to' for the end date.
- Time, start & end, click on the 12.00 am and scroll up or down to the correct time, click the time. Again for the end time.
- Location, Click on the Regional Arts Events bar, use the side slider to go to the alphabetize location. If not listed then type the location into the details box that is below the Google map. When the event is publish it will have the correct location.
-Details, Written information or Press Release, Email or web site details if want to be public.
- Categories, scroll down right slider, ie: Painting, Group meetings etc click on the categories. More than one Category please inform through a email : email@example.com
-Images : Landscape format is best, 150 KB is the best size or under,
- To enter the image, you must have it saved in your computer as a jpeg file, press 'Upload', which will ask for the file, click on the file and image , press 'Open'. the file name will come up if it was successful. If not email the image to firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Click on 'Submit Event".
If there is a problem, a information box will pop up and explain what is needed. ie; the image is too big, No date, No Event name etc.
